What is a Heartprint?

When you join, you set four parts of who you are, each on a scale from 0 to 100. You can change them any time in Edit profile.

• Communication: how you like to talk and stay in touch.
• Lifestyle: your pace of life and everyday habits.
• Values: what matters most to you.
• Social energy: how much you recharge with people or on your own.

Your compatibility score

Every profile in Discover shows a “% compatible” score. It is built from how close your Heartprint is to theirs. Values count the most, then communication, lifestyle and social energy, with a small boost when you live close to each other.

The Chemistry Check

Further down each profile, the Chemistry Check shows a bar for each part of your Heartprints, so you can see exactly where you are in sync and where you are different. Interests you share are highlighted too, ready to start a conversation.

A starting point, not a verdict

A score can’t predict a relationship. It helps you notice people you might otherwise scroll past, and gives you something real to talk about. Who you like is always your choice.
